An imperfect play perfectly played by a wonderful cast. This is an odd one for sure and it won't be for everyone. But give it a chance. It is funny, very funny, allow yourself to laugh! It is thought-provoking too. I loved the production. The characters were well-defined, the set was perfect, the props hysterical, in a very good way. Bruka has a way of picking pieces that are funny yet not. This is no exception. You will be entertained but tested. I didn't mind the 70s references. But some will. Come to the theater with an open mind and leave with a heart full of love for the rascals on stage and behind the scenes. - Ellen , posted 05/29/08 |
